Aged 47, Mr. Mohamed Rabie Khlie graduated from Mohammedia School of Engineeringwith an electrical engineering degree in industrial automation option. He joined in 1987 the Moroccan Office of Railway Transport (ONCFM) where he held various positions of responsibility which allowed him to control the railway engineering before being appointed ONCFM General Manager in July 2004.

Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to contribute significantly or even lead several successful structural projects for the rail sector in Morocco.
